Dill and cilantro are herbs best grown from seeds, not transplants. If you buy dill or cilantro as transplants, the shock that happens when you set them out in your garden will cause them to flower very quickly, thus lowering your yields. Most other herbs can safely be bought and transplanted out into the garden when the weather warms up without these adverse affects. With cilantro and dill, we strongly suggest growing directly from seed in your garden.
